Cattle evidence needs to hold together farm records, production areas, supplier links, movement context, and supporting documents. That is difficult when a shipment sits downstream from multiple farms or processors and the land-use history has to remain traceable.

Origin matters strongly. Pasture context, forest-loss history, local registries, protected areas, embargo signals, and farm documentation can all change how an operator should read the evidence before making a risk decision.
