Two parts, one clear picture

Start with scope. If the EUDR applies, continue straight into the readiness assessment for your role.

  1. Part 1

    Are you affected?

Up to six questions on commodities, activities and company size. You get your role, your application date and your obligations.

  2. Part 2

    How ready are you?

Questions on up to eight areas, from geolocation to authority checks. You get a score per area and the gaps to close first.

Your answers are saved only in this browser. Nothing is sent to Bosqio.

How it works from scope to a plan

Two questions every EU business with deforestation-risk commodities needs to answer.

Part 1

Does the EUDR apply to you?

The check works out your role under the amended regulation (operator, micro or small primary operator, downstream operator, trader, or supplier to the EU market), your application date and whether simplified due diligence is open to you.

Part 2

How well do you implement it?

You only see the questions that apply to your role, commodities and size. Each answer is weighted, critical requirements are flagged, and the result is a score per area with the gaps to close first.

The roles under the amended EUDR

Operator

You place relevant products on the EU market for the first time, or export them. You carry the full due diligence obligation and file a due diligence statement for every placing or export.

Micro or small primary operator

You sell or export products you grew, harvested or raised yourself in a low-risk country. Instead of due diligence statements, you file a one-time simplified declaration.

Downstream operator

You make new products from relevant products that are already on the EU market, such as chocolate from cocoa. You no longer file your own due diligence statements.

Trader

You buy and sell relevant products within the EU without changing them. You do not file due diligence statements, but you must keep your supply chain records.

Supplier to the EU market

The EUDR does not oblige you directly, but your EU buyers can only place your products on the market with your data. Without it, they cannot buy from you.
